Responsibilities
This position will be reporting to the Group COO who oversees all business units of the group.
As a District General Manager, you will be accountable for managing and supervising the operations of 5 stores for the brand. You will lead a diverse team of team leaders, and develop a sustainable plan to drive a successful business growth. As the P&L owner, you will be responsible for effectively managing costs and budgeting. Additionally, you will need to create and implement customer engagement programs to improve customer engagement, satisfaction, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Degree holder in Business, Sports & Recreation, Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum a 10 years of experience in managing operations in Sport & Recreation, Clubhouse, and F&B industry
- deliberately planned, sensitive to numbers, strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills
- Fluent in English and Cantonese is a must in both spoken and written
