To expand their operations in Hong Kong and enhance the quality of service provided to their clientele, they are seeking to recruit a high-caliber individual to join their professional team in the capacity of Customer Service Manager.
About the role
  • Handle customer enquiries on health care services through the hotline
  • Make recommendations and assist customers in obtaining appropriate medical services
  • Coordinate with service providers to fulfill customer requirements
  • Arrange consultations, treatments, and related activities for customers
  • Update records accurately on related systems
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned
The Successful Applicant
  • Secondary school graduated or above
  • Customer-oriented with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Cantonese; fluency in Mandarin (an advantage)
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered for a Customer Service Officer role
