About our client
Our client is a well-established retail bank in Hong Kong. To cope with their business expansion plan, they are now looking for high caliber for their Affluent Segment Head position joining their Wealth Management team.
About the role
Reporting to the Division Head of Wealth Management, you will be responsible for leading a team in developing overall customer acquisition, retention and segment portfolio strategies in driving high net worth segment (including local, cross border and private banking) from various banking channels (online and branch). As a segment owner, you have to plan, formulate and execute proposition strategy to achieve segment revenue and P&L growth. Working closely with the product and marketing teams, you will develop tactical business plans to package product offer to grow affluent segment base and enhance customer engagement through company events and promotion programs. You are also required to explore the potential of the market and generate new ideas in improving customer experience to maximize business opportunities.
The successful candidate
To qualify, the successful individual must possess:
- Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration and related disciplines.
- Minimum 12 years' of experience in managing High Net Worth Segment (segment owner role) in retail banks required.
- Good knowledge in private banking and cross border segment development is an advantage.
- Self-motivated and excellent project management experience.
- Sound business sense, leadership and communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
