Job Responsibilities:
1. Participate in collecting project information, screening and analyzing real estate investment projects, and demonstrating the investment value of real estate investment projects;
2. Participate in due diligence, transaction design, financial calculation, and risk control for real estate projects invested by funds;
3. Assist in research on the real estate market in the Southeast Asia region;
4. Assist in financial innovation research and cooperate with multi-faceted financing channels.
Job Requirements:
1. Major in finance, investment, real estate, or other related economic fields, graduated from key undergraduate institutions;
2. Possess investment professional skills, have actual project investment experience, be familiar with the Southeast Asian market, and proficiently master financial analysis and reporting tools such as PowerPoint;
3. More than 2 years of work experience in the real estate fund industry;
4. Have good communication and coordination skills and strong logical analysis ability;
5. Drive projects with a results-oriented approach, have strong problem-solving skills, and focus on achieving goals.
