Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities to achieve maximum profitability in alignment with agreed sales targets.
- Manage customer interactions and generate sales leads through prospecting, cold calling, qualifying, customer calls, and deal closures.
- Handle customer inquiries and communicate with overseas partners.
- Collaborate with overseas offices and agents to cultivate new business prospects.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for customers.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships to foster business growth potential.
- Demonstrate expertise in Air Freight operations to effectively address client needs in this specific area.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Sales and Marketing Management, Business, or related fields; relevant industry experience with tertiary education will also be considered.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in freight management or logistics operations, with a focus on Air Freight.
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
- Energetic, independent, multitasking, results-driven, and self-motivated.
