Overview
Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join their project team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing projects related to business operation system such as ERP, WMS and OMS, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams in Hong Kong and China. Fluency in Mandarin is required for this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop project plans and timelines for the implementation of ERP systems especially WMS and OMS systems
- Communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams in Hong Kong and China to ensure project success
- Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, budgeting, resource allocation and other project documentation
- Lead project meetings and effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful project delivery
- Coordinate with PMO to ensure adherence to project management processes and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in transforming B2B operation systems such as warehousing, order management and ERP system in a multinational working environment
- Proven experience in project management and driving large-scale IT projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with peers, subordinates & stakeholders
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global setting
- Knowledge of project management governance processes and best practices
- PMI or PMP certification is a plus
- Excellent in problem-solving and detail-minded
- Strong communication skills in both verbal and written English and Chinese (Fluent in both Cantonese and Mandarin)
