Location: Hong Kong SAR
Are you looking to join a dynamic team in the logistics industry? We are currently seeking a Telesales executive to join our team in Hong Kong.
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell our products and services to customers, achieving assigned business targets and KPIs.
- Acquire new customers and expand our customer base through excellent service and shipping consultation.
- Conduct inbound and outbound calls to customers, with occasional customer visits based on business needs.
- Manage existing customer accounts, including payment settlement, implementing new processes, maintaining customer data, and resolving any service or business issues.
- Support and participate in business programs, as well as execute assigned country and regional projects.
Requirements:
- Diploma holder or above, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in sales or customer services. Bachelor's degree holders with less experience will also be considered.
- Solid knowledge and experience in the logistics industry is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent telephone manner and handling skills.
- Well-organized and process-oriented.
- Customer-centric and result-oriented.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic environment.
