About the Client

Our client is a well-established company with R&D, sales and manufacturing operations in APAC. Currently, they are looking for a Head of Finance for their corporate office in Hong Kong.

About the Role

Reporting to the CEO, you will head up the group finance department. You will serve as the key finance business partner for the business. You will lead budgeting, review business units' performance, conduct cost analysis and drive scalable transformation projects. You will also review tax structures and liaise with banks and investors for treasury and financing matters. Also, you will devise financial strategies to facilitate company's organic and inorganic growth needs. You will involve in any ad-hoc projects as assigned.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or an equivalent qualification
  • HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent professional certification
  • At least 15 years of all-rounded accounting and finance experience, including regional finance experience gained in manufacturing/trading & distribution business
  • Experience in reporting directly to business is preferred
  • Experience in driving different finance transformation projects (financial processes, accounting systems, digitalization) is an asset
  • Able to demonstrate strong leadership skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
