About the Client

Our client is a listed and well-established logistics service provider. Currently, they are recruiting a Senior Finance Manager to join them and provide full accounting and finance support for one of their business units.


About the Role

Reporting to Head of Finance, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing sub-consolidation. You will manage reporting with the relevant accounting standards and accounting treatments. You will involve in annual budgeting and forecasting. You will generate performance reports by using dashboards and data analysis tools. You will assist financial due diligence for potential acquisitions and disposals. You will comment on contract renewal and safeguard company's benefits from a risk and financial perspective. You will oversee tax, treasury and annual audit, work with group finance as well as external service providers. Also, you will engage in process and system enhancement projects to improve efficiency. Last but not least, you will handle any ad-hoc duties as assigned.


The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent
  • HKICPA/ ACCA or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of relevant work experience from logistics/infrastructure/B2B companies
  • Assurance experience from scalable audit firms is required
  • Competent to handle accounting standard and accounting treatment
  • Proactive, hands-on, resilient and analytical
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
