About Our Client
Our client is a multinational security company providing all-rounded security services including secure logistic and security solution. To facilitate the upcoming expansion plan, they are looking for a Head of Security to lead the Security Department.
Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard the company's assets, personnel, and client data
- Oversee the management of physical security measures, including access control, surveillance systems, and secure logistics operations
- Negotiate with external clients on secuity solutions, service and terms
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate security considerations into all business operations and new initiatives
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the company's security solutions remain cutting-edge
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing security team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
- Analyze security data and metrics to identify risks, optimize processes, and drive strategic decision-making
Requirements:
- Degree in psychology, criminology or business-related disciplines
- 8+ years of experience in security control/loss prevention, preferably with experience in sizeable companies
- Experience in working in Loss Prevention Department or Disciplined Services will be a big plus
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Disciplined, reliable and self-motivated.
- Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
