Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive HR strategies aligned with the business objectives and growth plans
  • Provide consultative HR support and advice to business leaders on all people-related matters
  • Partner with HR CoE leaders including talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development, compensation & benefits, and employee relations
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws, regulations, and best practices in Hong Kong
  • Foster a positive, engaging, and productive work culture that enables the business to attract, retain, and develop top talent
  • Identify areas for process improvements and implement innovative HR programs and initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics and insights to make data-driven decisions and recommendations
  • Manage and develop the HR team to build a high-performing and future-ready organization

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry
  • Proven track record of successfully partnering with C-suite executives and business leaders
  • Extensive knowledge of Hong Kong's labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
