Our client is a sizable industry-leading corporation with a strong track of success and continuous development plan. To support the employee experience transformation, they are seeking for a visionary and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead the internal communications efforts.


About the role

  • Develop and implement an internal communications strategy to support HR programs and initiatives
  • Craft messaging, create content, and select appropriate communication channels to reach all employees, with a special focus on senior leadership
  • Coordinate the logistics and execution of all-hands meetings, town halls, and other company-wide events
  • Serve as a change management leader, working cross-functionally to drive the adoption of new HR policies and procedures
  • Measure the effectiveness of internal communications and use data to continually optimize efforts
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR transformation and internal communications

The Successful Applicant

  • 8+ years of experience in HR, internal communications, or a related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, or a related discipline
  • Proven track record of leading successful internal communications campaigns and initiatives
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, concise messaging
  • Strong project management capabilities and experience driving cross-functional collaboration
  • Data-driven mindset, with the ability to measure and report on the impact of communications
