Our client is a sizable and well-established corporation within the commercial sector, with over 5,000 employees over the world. They are seeking an innovative and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead the HR transformation efforts and drive positive, lasting change in the workplace culture.

About the role

  • Conduct in-depth employee engagement surveys and cultural assessments to deeply understand the current state of our workplace
  • Analyze survey data, feedback, and industry benchmarks to identify key areas for improvement in D&I, work-life balance, professional development, and other aspects of the employee experience
  • Collaborate closely with executives and cross-functional leaders to develop and implement comprehensive, data-driven strategies and action plans
  • Partner with external HR consultants and specialists to bring innovative, best-in-class solutions and methodologies to our organization
  • Design and oversee the rollout of new HR programs, policies, and practices that foster a more inclusive, supportive, and fulfilling work environment
  • Lead change management initiatives to drive the adoption and sustained impact of your workplace culture efforts
  • Continuously monitor progress, measure the ROI of your initiatives, and refine your approach to ensure long-term, scalable improvements

The Successful Applicant

  • 9+ years of progressive HR experience, with a proven track record of leading successful organizational change and cultural transformation initiatives
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable, business-aligned insights
  • Extensive project management and change management expertise, with the capacity to lead multi-faceted, cross-functional initiatives
  • Highly effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams at all levels
  • Deep passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a thorough understanding of best practices and emerging trends in this space
  • Innovative mindset and a demonstrated commitment to staying ahead of the curve on HR trends, technologies, and leading practices
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
