Position Overview:

As an IT Management Office (ITMO), you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the IT department's budget, ensuring the smooth execution of IT projects, and using data analysis to inform decision-making processes. This role requires close collaboration with the finance team and various departments globally to achieve IT strategic objectives.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the IT department/projects's budget to ensure effective allocation of resources.
  • Coordinate and support multiple IT projects to ensure timely and quality completion.
  • Utilize data analysis tools and techniques to evaluate IT project performance and provide reports to management.
  • Collaborate with the finance department to handle international IT budget issues.
  • Develop and implement IT development strategies that align with the company's long-term goals.
  • Communicate and coordinate with different departments globally to ensure consistency and efficiency in IT solutions.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Finance or a related field with knowledge of IT project management and data analytics.
  • At least 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a multinational company setting(Fresh Grad with finance/account + IT experience also welcome).
  • (MUST)Fluent in English and native in Cantonese.
  • Strong data analysis skills and proficiency with data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively interacting in a multicultural environment.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain productivity under pressure.
