Part-time Student Intern (IT Projects, $700/day)

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and implementation of IT projects and system enhancements, including writing user requirements, process flow, test cases, user manual, and conducting User Acceptance Test
  • Coordinate with vendors and other stakeholders in system design and testing process
  • Assist in compiling and maintenance of Access
  • Assist the administrative tasks in relation to the investigation and disciplinary process of the team
  • Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors

Requirements

  • University students major in computer science or information system discipline preferred
  • Proficient in IT applications, e.g. Access, Excel VBA, Microsoft ware, etc. preferrable with testing related skills and work experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated with multi-tasking ability, independent and a team player
  • Strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese

Working Hours

  • 09:00 - 17:00, $700/ day
  • Work Schedule: 1 to 2 days per week

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Generate and organize documents, letters, and summaries
  • Collect and analyze data to update records and compile statistics
  • Input information into databases and manage filing systems
  • Provide support in conducting assessments and preparing assessment reports for reported complaints and non-compliance cases
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • University students major in Communications, Journalism, Language, law, finance, insurance or other related disciplines
  • Highly motivated and proactive individual, capable of taking initiative and adapting to new situations.
  • Demonstrates excellent problem-solving, analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative team environment and effectively handle pressure situations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Work Schedule: 1 to 2 days per week

  • 09:00 - 17:00, $700/ day
