Job Description:
We are seeking talented and enthusiastic individuals to join our Network Operations Center as NOC Engineers. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates looking to start their career in the telecommunications industry. As part of our dynamic team, you will be at the forefront of monitoring, maintaining, and supporting our global network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor network performance and system health using advanced network management tools.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve network issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate potential network risks.
  • Provide first-line technical support for internal and external clients.
  • Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure round-the-clock network availability.
  • Keep abreast of the latest technologies and industry trends in networking.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of standard operating procedures and best practices.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of networking principles (e.g., TCP/IP, OSI model).
  • Familiarity with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including nights and weekends.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of routing protocols (BGP, OSPF, etc.).
  • Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., BMC Remedy, ServiceNow).
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Bash).
  • Certification in relevant areas such as CCNA, ITIL.
