Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing documents with respect to any investigation, disciplinary proceeding, and/or criminal prosecution taken against insurance intermediaries or authorized insurers for contraventions of the Insurance Ordinance and related legislation, and misconduct
- Prepare documents bundle and maintain case files (both digital and hard copy)
- Keep track of case progress and issue timely reminders
- Conduct research and prepare memo
- Translate, transcribe and proofread documents
- Produce reliable and well-ordered work, and present complicated information in a succinct and understandable manner
- Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- A recognized Diploma or above, preferably a Bachelor's degree in Legal/ Law, or relevant discipline
- At least 2 years of experience preferably in the regulatory, enforcement, disciplinary and/or legal field
- Able to handle multiple assignments simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet urgent deadlines
- Positive attitude, motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Able to work under pressure and with different supervisors
- Strong sense of responsibility
- Attention to detail, well-organized and have an analytical mind
