Job Description

Operation Executive (NGO, 2-year contract)

  • Communicate & coordinate sports coaches
  • Data & admin work
  • Welcome fresh graduates

Job Responsibilities and Duties

  • Support Senior Programme Managers in managing communications and finance work with 150+ sports coaches
  • Assist in data collection for sports programs, including class participation, attendance and impact measurement with digital tools like SchoolTracs
  • Manage insurance quotations and purchases for sports programs
  • Maintain and update program websites
  • Monitor program expenditure to meet objectives and budget
  • Handle phone enquiries from general line and forward to related parties; manage communication with students and parents via WhatsApp group coordination

Qualifications

  • Degree holder with 2+ years in charity/community services/sports management
  • Fresh graduates will be considered for Executive role
  • Good at data work; Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in both written and spoken English and Cantonese
  • Attentive, friendly, open to ideas and able to work with people from different backgrounds
  • Able to work in dynamic, energetic and fast-paced environment
  • Team player with strong organizational skills and integrity
  • Passionate about youth work, sports, volunteering, and partnership management

Details

  • 2-year contract, $17-19k
  • 5-day work, Mon-Fri
  • Office location: Quarry Bay
  • Welcome fresh graduates Immediate availability is preferred
