Job Description

Project Executive (1-year contract, up to $25k)

  • PO, tender, invoice etc. docs preparation & admin support
  • Project management under store planning team of beauty luxury
  • Immediately available

Responsibilities:

  • Provide admin support including preparing PO, tender, invoice, payments, etc. related to BAU and store planning projects
  • Communicate with external venders and suppliers and collect required information
  • Coordinate with Project Managers on any issues related to tender, PO or vendors
  • Follow up invoice processing, payment follow-up and tracking, communicate with Finance Department when necessary
  • Support in project management under Store Planning team

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of exp in admin / PO or tender process preferably in sizable organization
  • Project Management skills in luxury or retail markets
  • Strong communication skills in spoken and written Cantonese and English
  • Detail-minded, flexible, self-motivated and independent
  • Able to work under pressure and dynamic environment
  • Passion in luxury, basic knowledge in store planning or AutoCAD will be a plus
  • Immediately available

  • 1-year contract
  • 5-day office work, Mon-Fri 9am-6pm
  • Location: Quarry Bay
