Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Senior Product Manager to join our team and lead our efforts in the decentralized finance (DeFi) space. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web3 native technologies, the Bitcoin ecosystem, DeFi, and blockchain.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative DeFi products and features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive the product roadmap
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities and potential partnerships
  • Work closely with R&D, UIUX, and marketing teams to ensure successful product delivery
  • Establish key metrics and analyze performance data to optimize product performance and user experience
  • Drive product adoption and growth through effective go-to-market strategies and customer engagement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
  • Strong understanding of web3 native technologies and the Bitcoin ecosystem, web3 users are highly preferred
  • Good ownership spirit and project management skills, with a deep understanding of industry trends and challenges
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a track record of driving product innovation and delivering impactful results
  • Good command in English (MUST) and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin)
