About our Client
Our client is a HK listed company with multiple offices in Asia. We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Team Support Analyst to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and analyzing sales reports, forecasting sales trends, and providing valuable insights to support the sales team in achieving their objectives.
About the Role
- Generate and maintain accurate sales reports, providing regular updates to the sales team and management.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Develop sales forecasts based on historical data and market analysis to support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with the sales team to gather necessary information for report preparation and forecasting.
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including data entry and CRM updates.
- Prepare presentations and reports for monthly and quarterly sales meetings.
- Respond to ad-hoc data requests and analyses from management and other departments.
- Any adhoc tasks assigned by management
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in office administration, sales analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
