Job Summary: Join our dynamic and innovative team at one of the leading media conglomerates. We are seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to join our growing new media division. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating exceptional digital experiences, a strong portfolio demonstrating design skills. You will be responsible for designing intuitive interfaces and enhancing user engagement across multiple digital products.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into sitemaps, wireframes, and prototypes.
  • Design user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring they are aesthetically pleasing and functional.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with design trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure design consistency throughout development phases.
  • Communicate design decisions effectively to stakeholders and team members.



Qualifications:

  • A degree in Graphic Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful design projects.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Strong communication skills in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for design and a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.



Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
