Senior Product Manager - Crypto Loans

The Opportunity: We are on the hunt for a highly driven and seasoned Senior Product Managers(from Manager to Senior Manager) to join our elite team. The chosen individual will spearhead the strategy and execution of our crypto loans product, identifying lucrative market opportunities, and driving innovation within the crypto and lending sectors. This role calls for a profound grasp of the cryptocurrency landscape and expertise in managing cross-functional teams. (Open to consideration of candidates who are not in the web3 industry but with a financial background)



Responsibilities:

  • Guide the development of the crypto loan product roadmap for both retail and institutional clients.
  • Perform thorough market analysis on DeFi and CeFi lending platforms to identify opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and introduce new product features.
  • Ensure product design is approved by senior management.
  • Conduct user testing to gather insights for product improvement.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize product performance using data-driven insights.



Requirements:

  • Deep understanding of the cryptocurrency industry and lending landscape.
  • Familiarity with trading products and accounts (futures, spot, margin, options).
  • Extensive experience in financial product design and management.
  • Relevant product management experience, preferably in crypto or lending.
  • Proven ability to lead and work with cross-functional teams.
  • Business-level English and Chinese proficiency is advantageous.



Additional Pluses:

  • Experience in the crypto industry, including navigating the complexities of obtaining licenses and regulatory approvals for crypto-related operations.
  • In-depth awareness of local and international crypto regulations and emerging trends.
