About our Client
We are representing a private equity firm, they are currently looking for an Administration Assistant to join the team.
About the Role
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate inventory management.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the organization of meetings and events, including scheduling and logistics.
- Provide administrative support to team members as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations.
- Assist in any adhoc tasks if required.
The Successful Applicant
- Associate degree or diploma holder
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Proactive and with strong agility.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
