About the Client

A well-established organization with a strong track record of success is currently seeking for a high caliber individual to join them as the Senior HR Manager.

About the Role

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong relationships and understanding their HR needs and challenges
  • Partner with internal clients to assess their HR requirements, develop customized HR solutions, and deliver high-quality HR services
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on a wide range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, employee life cycle, performance management, remuneration, employee relations, compliance, and HR best practices etc.
  • Collaborate with internal HR teams to ensure the effective delivery of HR services and solutions to clients
  • Monitor stakeholder satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive experience
  • Stay current on HR trends, regulations, and best practices to provide up-to-date guidance
  • Prepare and deliver regular reports to clients on HR metrics, trends, and initiatives

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in full spectrum HR management experience with advisory capacity
  • Proven experience in building and managing stakeholder relationships, providing HR consulting services, and delivering HR solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with staff at all levels
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to develop creative and effective strategies
  • Ability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Leadership experience, with the ability to lead and develop a team of HR professionals
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English and Chinese
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Human Resources Manager
