Our client is looking for a dynamic HR Manager with a bubbly and engaging personality, and a proven track record of driving positive change within sizeable corporations. You'd ideally come with 8-10+ years of progressive experience gained from the retail, hospitality or customer service industries, with proven ability to define and enforce HR standards, also strong English proficiency and a solutions-oriented mindset taking on new challenges. About The Role
- Collaborate with the Human Resources team to enhance staff communications and engagement.
- Manage recruitment processes for designated business portfolios, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Provide strategic HR support to leadership, focusing on talent acquisition and retention.
- Partner with various departments to understand their HR needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Assist in the implementation of HR initiatives that promote a positive workplace culture.
- Monitor and report on HR metrics, contributing insights to the senior management team.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within the luxury or hospitality sector.
- Strong proficiency in English and Chinese, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Prior regional experience in managing HR functions for a workforce of 200-300+ employees.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and a passion for people development.
