About the Client
Our client is a well-established corporation within conglomerate sector with a strong track of success and continuous development plan. They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate talent to join them as the Manager, HR Business Partner.
About the role
- Develop a strategic vision for sourcing talents in an efficient and timely manner to meet the on-going needs of the organization
- Use experience, skills and knowledge of the HR industry to make an impact in key areas such as change management, organisational design, employee engagement and talent analytics
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and leaders in the business
- Provide strategic and day to day leadership to drive the delivery of the business' HR plans
- Combine a range of data with personal experience to develop insight into given business areas, its customers and the external context it operates within
- Assist in the articulation of the values and culture of the organization
- Assist in building strong talent pipelines
- Supporting and influencing digital marketing for recruitment and attraction
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines. Graduate from top-tier Universities is preferred
- Minimum 8 year's experience gained in sizeable and well-established corporation, MNC experience is an advantage
- Understanding of and experience with organisational design, development, resource and talent planning, L&D, performance & reward, employee engagement, employee relations, service delivery and information
- Excellent time management and organization skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
