Job Responsibilities:
Our client, a leading conglomerate, is seeking a dedicated professional to join their team. The role involves managing and reporting on the Group's insurance programs, including renewals, administration, and claims management. Key responsibilities include preparing regular claim summary reports, analyzing claim data for loss mitigation, and maintaining insurance portfolios. The candidate will proactively manage claims, attend on-site inspections, and liaise with brokers, insurers, solicitors, and loss adjusters. They will also provide insurance advice to operational units and assist in daily operations, including maintaining the Document Management System and handling ad-hoc projects.
Requirements:
- Ideal candidates will have a bachelor's degree in management or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in the non-life insurance industry, and familiarity with insurance policies and claim procedures.
- Candidate with more experience will considered as Senior Officer.
- Associate membership in CII or ANZII is advantageous.
- The role requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft 365.
- Fluency in English and Chinese. An active, responsible, and self-motivated attitude is essential.
