About the Client
Our client is a reputable FMCG company with strong business presence in Hong Kong and China. Due to the business growth, they are looking for a seasoned C&B Manager to supervise the team.
About the Role
- Report to the Head of C&B, leading a team of 2
- Oversee the C&B function and monitor day-to-day operation, including but not limited to payroll, benefits administration, insurance renewal and taxation in a professional and efficient manner
- Monitor the accurate processing of staff appointments, transfers, promotions and terminations
- Assist in C&B projects, such as staff cost budget, salary benchmarking, benefits scheme renewal, performance management & tax reporting
- Prepare monthly reports for management review
- Review and revamp C&B policies and procedures to ensure smooth operaiton
- Participate in any C&B projects if required
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor and/or Master's holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of hands-on C&B experience preferably in a sizeable organizations
- Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, Taxation Law and other related ordinances
- Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Words, PPT & Excel)
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
