About Our Client

We are representing a conglomerate with significant business in Hong Kong and China. They are looking for a Learning & Development Manager focus on leadership training and Hi-po program to join the team.

About the Role

  • Directly report to the Senior Manager
  • Drive the design and delivery of leadership training workshops, seminars, and coaching initiatives to support the growth and advancement of our top talent.
  • Oversee the end-to-end management of our high-potential (Hi-Po) program, including candidate identification, assessment, individualized development planning, and program curriculum.
  • Facilitate and revamp talent review process, partnering with business leaders to assess employee performance, potential, and readiness for promotion.
  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate the effectiveness of our leadership development efforts and make iterative improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development to ensure alignment and integration of talent management strategies.
  • Keep pulse on industry trends and best practices in leadership development and provide recommendations to continuously elevate our program.



The Successful Candidate

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in training and talent development
  • Expertise in designing and delivering high-impact leadership development programs and training
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills to engage and inspire participants
  • With strong stakeholders and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills to partner with business leaders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and LMS
  • Good command of English, Chinese and Cantonese
