About The Client
Our globally diverse, multi-industry client is seeking an experienced, service-oriented Talent Acquisition Manager to lead their recruitment efforts across Hong Kong and North Asia. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to build upon your existing expertise, drive innovation, and elevate the candidate experience.

About The Role

  • Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process for the organization's Hong Kong and North Asia operations, including strategy development, sourcing, interviewing, and selection
  • Manage and mentor a small, high-performing team of recruiters, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and exceptional customer service
  • Utilize the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to optimize recruitment workflows, track key metrics, and generate insightful data reports
  • Collaborate closely with the regional Talent Acquisition Associate Manager to ensure recruitment activities are aligned with broader organizational goals
  • Leverage your strong market knowledge and network to build a robust talent pipeline, identifying and attracting top-tier candidates
  • Spearhead the enhancement of the candidate experience, implementing innovative recruitment solutions and championing employer branding initiatives
  • Analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations to the HR leadership team
  • Support the expansion of the Talent Acquisition function globally, sharing best practices and driving continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience leading a recruitment team, with a proven track record of success in a similar role
  • Polished written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for process improvement
  • Proficient in the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR/recruitment technologies
  • Demonstrated customer service orientation, with a strong focus on delivering an exceptional candidate experience
  • Ambitious and eager to expand your Talent Acquisition expertise, with the ambition to grow within the organization
  • Familiarity with recruitment in the Hong Kong and North Asia markets, with the ability to navigate cross-cultural environments
