About the Client

Our client, a Chinese Financial Services Institute, is seeking a competent Human Resources Director to join their team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, compensation and benefits, and organizational strategy.

About the role

  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies to support the organization's growth and innovation, particularly in the crypto and fintech space
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and retention
  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages to attract and retain top talent
  • Cultivate a positive, inclusive, and high-performing company culture
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations
  • Partner with business leaders to align HR initiatives with organizational goals
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR, especially as they pertain to the crypto and fintech sectors

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, working experience in Crypto related-industry is a MUST
  • Proven track record of success in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably within the financial services or crypto/fintech industry
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and HR technology, with the ability to leverage analytics to drive strategic decision-making
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace
  • Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin Chinese and English
