About The Role
As the Head of HR, you will be a strategic leader and cultural architect, driving the people strategy that powers our rapidly growing global crypto business.
* Craft and implement progressive HR policies, programs, and initiatives that attract, develop, and retain top crypto talent
* Oversee end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, benefits, learning and development, and performance management
* Partner closely with the executive team to provide HR insights and data-driven recommendations that support strategic decision-making
* Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance work culture that aligns with our core values and mission
* Lead and develop a passionate HR team, empowering them to deliver exceptional employee experiences
Requirements
* 10+ years of HR leadership experience, with at least 5 years in the crypto/blockchain industry assuming a Head of HR position
* Proven track record of designing and executing comprehensive HR strategies that drive organizational growth and success in fast-paced, innovation-driven environments
* Deep understanding of the unique talent, culture, and compliance challenges in the evolving crypto/Web3 space
* Exceptional change management and organizational development skills to navigate periods of rapid expansion
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to build trust and influence at all levels
* Hands-on experience with HR technology and data-driven decision-making
* Flexible, adaptable, and resilient in a dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-paced work environment
* Genuine passion for the crypto/blockchain industry and a commitment to continuous learning
* Profiency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
