About the Client
A well-established organization with multi region presence headquartered in Hong Kong is currently seeking for a dynamic HR professional to join them as the Regional Head of Human Resources.
About the Role
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that support the company's goals and objectives within respective markets
- Lead and manage the HR team in the region, providing guidance, coaching and mentorship to ensure HR excellence
- Drive talent excellence through recruitment, succession planning, learning & development and performance management
- Strengthen employee relations with well-planned and target staff engagement and retention initiatives
- Achieve human capital efficiency including goal setting, performance reviews, and career development planning
- Maximizing organizational productivity and capacity with effective compensation & benefits programs
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- Minimum 15 years of experience gained as a proven HR leader preferably within the Hospitality, Aviation and Retail or consumer / service centric sectors
- Strong business and numerical sense with strategic HR advisory skills
- Proven track record of success overseeing HR function across multi - markets
- Outstanding communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Capable problem solver and decision maker
- Able to operate and lead within a fast pace and complex environment
- Proficient in both verbal and written Chinese, English and Mandarin
