About the Client
Our client is a well-established corporation within fashion industry with a strong track of success and continuous development plan. They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate talent to join them as the Human Resources Business Partner.
About the role
- Oversee full lifecycle employee and HR processes including; bonus program(s), promotions, performance review processes, year-end compensation, engagement survey roll-out, manager excellence, employee relations, and other recurring people processes
- Act as a Business Partner for the respective functions to provide value-added advice on a full range of HR matters to facilitate effective people management
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and overall workplace satisfaction
- Analyse data, and effectively organise and present findings to drive data-backed HR strategy
- Coach managers to aid in their effectiveness, foster highly functioning and engaged teams and drive a thriving corporate culture
- Facilitate training on employee development, coaching and other management topics
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years all-rounded HR experience gained in well-developed organizations
- Candidates with solid experience working in the fashion industry is highly preferrable
- Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
