About the Client
A reputable and dynamic e-Commerce platform with continuous growth is currently seeking for a Human Resources Manager.
About the Role
- Develop, implement and maintain HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's goals and support organizational development
- Partner with business leaders to understand their strategic objectives and provide HR guidance and support to achieve business goals
- Assist on organizational change initiatives, including restructurings, mergers, acquisitions and other change management efforts
- Provide coaching and support to line managers on a range of HR matters, including talent acquisition, C&B, performance management, staff engagement, talent retention, talent management and organizational design etc.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulations, and company policies
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role
- Strong business acumen and the ability to understand business needs and translate them into HR initiatives
- Demonstrated experience in building relationships and influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and other HR software
