About the role

  • Developing and executing a strategic, long-term learning and development roadmap that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  • Designing and implementing cutting-edge learning curricula and programs that address the evolving skill requirements of employees at all levels.
  • Providing expert guidance and recommendations to senior leadership on optimizing the company's talent development efforts.
  • Fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth, inspiring employees to expand their capabilities and embrace new challenges.
  • Collaborating cross-functionally to identify learning needs, prioritize initiatives, and measure the impact of L&D programs.
  • Staying at the forefront of industry trends and best practices in learning and development, and incorporating innovative approaches into the company's L&D strategy.
  • Leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve the effectiveness of L&D initiatives.
  • Serving as a trusted advisor to senior management on matters related to organizational transformation and talent development.

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, or a related field
  • Minimum 9 years of progressive experience in a Learning and Development or Organizational Development role, preferably in a complex, large-scale organization
  • Exceptional strategic and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business objectives into comprehensive L&D solutions
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and inspire diverse audiences
  • A visionary and innovative mindset, with a deep passion for continuous learning and professional development
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
