About The Client
Our client is seeking an experienced HR leader to drive their people agenda and elevate the workplace culture. In this pivotal HR Director role, you will split your time 50/50 between spearheading strategic engagement initiatives and serving as the HR lead for one of the business' key property portfolios.
About The Role
Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources, key responsibilities include:
Engagement and Cultural Transformation (50%)
- Design and implement innovative employee engagement programs to foster a positive, collaborative work environment
- Identify opportunities to enhance the organisational culture and people processes
- Lead change management initiatives and guide the business through transformation
HR Portfolio Management (50%)
- Serve as the primary HR business partner for one of the flagship Hong Kong property portfolios
- Provide HR expertise and guidance to the property management team, ensuring alignment with corporate policies
- Support the China-based operations by offering HR advisory and compliance oversight
Requirements
- 20+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally with exposure to the property or infrastructure sectors
- Proven track record of driving sustainable engagement and cultural change initiatives
- Strong business acumen to effectively partner with leadership and influence decision-making
- Expertise in managing the full HR lifecycle, including talent management, performance, and compliance
- Skilled communicator and influencer, able to navigate a matrix organisation
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
- Fluency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin language skills a plus
