About the Client

Our client is a sizable conglomerate company with business in property, retail and other sector. They are now seeking an experienced Human Resources professional to lead the strategic design, development, and revitalization of company's HR policy framework. In this pivotal role, the candidate will leverage his/her expertise to align policies across company's diverse subsidiaries, ensure organizational alignment with evolving business strategy, and cultivate a cohesive, compliant, and best-in-class HR ecosystem.

About the role

  • Conduct a comprehensive assessment of existing HR policies and procedures, identifying opportunities to enhance consistency, efficiency, and legal/regulatory compliance across the enterprise
  • Partner closely with executive stakeholders to deeply understand the organization's strategic vision and translate this into a progressive HR policy roadmap that enables achievement of key business objectives
  • Develop comprehensive policy design guidelines, templates, and workflows to empower our subsidiaries in tailoring policies to their unique operational needs, while maintaining overarching organizational alignment
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of policy non-compliance issues, providing detailed reporting and recommended remediation strategies
  • Spearhead the revitalization of HR policies, drawing upon industry best practices and emerging trends to future-proof our people management framework

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in HR management or senior HR generalist roles
  • Proven track record of leading the design, development, and implementation of effective HR policies and procedures
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving acumen to identify policy gaps and devise strategic solutions
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership abilities to collaborate cross-functionally
  • In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, HR compliance requirements, and industry best practices
  • Familiarity with policy management software, tools, and automation technologies
