About the Client

A fast growing and innovative healthcare services provider is currently seeking for a dynamic individual to join them as the People & Culture Lead.

About the Role

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's mission, values, and business objectives
  • Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of corporate and healthcare professionals across various disciplines
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, evaluations, feedback, and career development planning for employees
  • Manage employee relations and address complex HR issues, ensuring a positive work environment and compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Administer compensation and benefits programs tailored to the unique needs of healthcare professionals
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare-specific regulations, labor laws, and HR best practices
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a culture of compassion, teamwork, and excellence in healthcare service delivery
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, promoting their professional growth and development

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources management or related discipline is a MUST
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive HR management experience gained preferably within the Healthcare Services sector and or consumer centric (B2C) industries
  • Experience in driving organizational change and growth with good understanding of HR principles, practices and employment laws
  • Strong HR advisory skills and familiar working closely with C suite / senior management
  • Strong learning agility and able to work with staff of all levels
  • Leadership and people management skills, with a focus on fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in both written and verbal English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
