  • About the Client

    A flourishing local Fashion Brand is looking for an all-rounded individual to join their expanding Human Resources Team as an HR & Admin Specialist

    About the Role

    • Handle a full spectrum of HR functions including offering and onboarding, training and development, annual HR budgeting, tax reporting, performance management, compensation and benefit
    • Assist in planning, developing, implementing human resources and administrative services' policies, procedures, and monitoring workflows to ensure operational efficiency
    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
    • Design and maintain incentive and commission calculations
    • Develop and maintain an effective succession planning process
    • Develop and implement performance management systems and processes
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
    • Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
    • Facilitate organizational development initiatives, such as team building and leadership development
    • Handle general administrative tasks related to HR such as Roster Management

    The Successful Applicant

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • Minimum 3 years of work experience in Human Resources
    • Good communications and presentation skills
    • Detail-minded and well-organised
    • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP system and any relevant HR function software
    • Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
