About the Client
A flourishing local Fashion Brand is looking for an all-rounded individual to join their expanding Human Resources Team as an HR & Admin Specialist
About the Role
- Handle a full spectrum of HR functions including offering and onboarding, training and development, annual HR budgeting, tax reporting, performance management, compensation and benefit
- Assist in planning, developing, implementing human resources and administrative services' policies, procedures, and monitoring workflows to ensure operational efficiency
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
- Design and maintain incentive and commission calculations
- Develop and maintain an effective succession planning process
- Develop and implement performance management systems and processes
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees
- Manage employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations
- Facilitate organizational development initiatives, such as team building and leadership development
- Handle general administrative tasks related to HR such as Roster Management
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Human Resources
- Good communications and presentation skills
- Detail-minded and well-organised
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, SAP system and any relevant HR function software
- Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
