Product Manager (DeFi & Web3 Solutions)

Responsibilities:

1. Product Vision & Strategy: Define and articulate the long-term vision and strategic roadmap for our DeFi Earn & Market, DEX, and Wallet products. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product goals with overall business objectives.
   
2. Market & User Research: Conduct thorough market analysis and user research to identify trends, pain points, and opportunities in the DeFi and Web3 space. Use insights to inform product development decisions and prioritize features.
   
3. Project Management: Lead cross-functional teams through the entire product development lifecycle, from concept to launch and beyond. Monitor progress, manage timelines, and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery of high-quality products.
   
4. Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze product performance metrics and user feedback to identify areas for improvement. Drive continuous optimization of existing products and develop new features to enhance user experience and drive growth.
   
5. Thought Leadership & Industry Engagement: Stay abreast of the latest developments in DeFi, Web3, and blockchain technologies. Participate in industry events, conferences, and forums to establish thought leadership and network with key players.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance)
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a proven track record of delivering successful DeFi, Web3, or blockchain-related products
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from concept to launch
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making approach
• Passion for blockchain technology, DeFi, and Web3, with a desire to shape the future of financial services
• Language: Proficiency in English and Chinese (Fluent in Mandarin or Cantonese is a must)
