Job Description

Overview

Our client is seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Manager to join their team and oversee the development and execution of their CeFi (Centralized Finance) products. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in cryptocurrency trading, P&L calculation, and account and token analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the product development and strategy for our CeFi products, including defining the roadmap, prioritizing features, and managing the full product lifecycle, with specific focus on account and token analysis (P&L calculation)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, UIUX, marketing, and compliance, to ensure successful product delivery and drive product enhancement
  • Conduct market and user research and analysis to identify opportunities and drive product innovation in the cryptocurrency trading space
  • Coach and guide the junior product managers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or other advanced degree is a plus
  • Prior working experience in well-known crypto exchange company
  • 5+ years of experience in product management with a focus on CeFi or cryptocurrency trading.
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and launching products, driving growth, and managing P&L in the trading environment
  • In-depth knowledge of cryptocurrency trading platforms, market dynamics, and building data analytics products
  • Strong understanding of blockchain technology and technical aspects of on-chain transactions are absolutely advantages
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to perform account and token analysis to inform product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (Fluent in Mandarin is a must, conversational in Cantonese is also acceptable)
