Job Description

As the Head of Talent Acquisition, you will be a hands-on, experienced talent acquisition leader with a proven track record of driving successful in-house recruitment strategies and initiatives. You will challenge the status quo, assess what's working well and what can be improved, and implement innovative talent acquisition solutions to support the company's ambitious growth plans.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end talent acquisition function, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of top talent across all levels and functions.
  • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition plans to support the company's growth and workforce planning objectives.
  • Implement best-in-class recruitment processes, tools, and technologies to enhance the candidate experience and improve hiring efficiency.
  • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization of talent acquisition efforts.
  • Foster strong partnerships with business leaders and hiring managers, providing expert guidance and coaching to ensure effective recruitment strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, employer branding strategies, and emerging talent acquisition practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Lead and mentor the talent acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Manage high-volume recruitment initiatives and complex talent acquisition projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Qualifications

  • 20+ years of hands-on in-house talent acquisition experience, with a proven track record of leading the talent acquisition function.
  • Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo, assess current practices, and implement innovative talent acquisition strategies.
  • Excellent coaching and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with business leaders.
  • A detail-oriented and data-driven approach, with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics and make data-informed decisions.
  • Strong project management and execution skills, with experience handling high-volume recruitment and leading complex talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Patience and adaptability to get processes and systems in place before rolling out new initiatives.
  • Ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution.
  • Experience working in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of the unique talent needs and challenges.
