About Our Client
Our client, a well-established MNC within logistics sector, they are now seeking for a HR Manager to join their Human Resources team in driving HR initiatives, providing strategic HR guidance, and promoting employee engagement and satisfaction.
About The Role:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals, focusing on business partnering, recruitment, and employee engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor and partner to business leaders, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
- Develop and execute effective employee engagement initiatives, fostering a positive work environment and promoting employee satisfaction
- Implement performance management programs, providing guidance to managers and employees on goal setting, performance reviews, and professional development
- Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
- Oversee HR metrics and analytics, providing insights and recommendations to improve employee engagement and retention
The Successful Applicant:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in HR management or business partnering roles
- Demonstrated experience in employee engagement initiatives, talent management, and performance management processes
- Proven ability to handle employee relations matters with tact, discretion, and fairness
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
- Fluent English and Cantonese
