About the Client
We are representing a multinational luxury retail company, headquarter in the Europe. They are looking for a Senior HR Manager to support HR matters in Hong Kong, China and Taiwan.
About the Role
- Leading a small team in Hong Kong
- Partner closely with business leaders to understand their strategic goals and challenges, and provide data-driven HR solutions to drive organizational effectiveness
- Manage the full employee lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, and off-boarding
- Administer and interpret HR policies, procedures, and laws to ensure compliance and consistency across the organization
- Provide guidance on compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent
- Coach and counsel managers on employee relations issues, conflict resolution, and people management best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and implement HR initiatives that foster a positive, engaged, and inclusive company culture
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvements
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor holder in Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of HRBP/ HR generalist experience, ideally from luxury retail industry
- Demonstrated ability to be a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to leadership
- Expertise in interpreting and applying employment laws and regulations
- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution abilities
- Excellent command of written and spoken in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
