About the Client

Our client is a professional services corporation within Technology sector. They are now seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to help drive the transformation of HR function. As a key member of the leadership team, this role will play a pivotal role in revamping the HR policies, benefits, and overall HR infrastructure to support the continued growth and success of the dynamic organization.


About the role

  • Conduct a comprehensive review of existing HR policies, processes, and benefits programs to identify areas for improvement and alignment with industry best practices
  • Spearhead the overhaul of HR framework, including the development and implementation of new policies, procedures, and tools to enhance the employee experience and optimize HR service delivery
  • Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, such as talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, learning and development, and compensation and benefits administration
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance on strategic HR initiatives, organizational design, and workforce planning to support the company's growth objectives
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging work culture by championing employee engagement programs and initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing HR team to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 8-10 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with a proven track record of leading HR transformation
  • Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing HR policies, programs, and practices that support organizational goals and enhance the employee experience
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and provide data-driven recommendations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels
