About the Client
Our client is an industry-leading corporation with a harmonized and dynamic HR team. Due to rapid expansion, they are now seeking for a candidate with strong C&B operations background to join them as the Senior Human Resources Officer.
About the role
- Manage payroll operations for Hong Kong, ensuring timely and accurate processing of employee compensation in compliance with local regulations
- Collaborate with brokers and insurers to manage medical insurance matters, ensuring employees' coverage is up-to-date and in compliance with internal policies and regulations
- Prepare reports for senior management and accounting functions to provide insights on payroll and benefit expenses
- Review and revise company policies and practices to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices, and recommend changes as needed
- Provide support for the HRIS enhancement project, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and system functionality
The Successful Applicant
- Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
- Minimum 7 years working experience as C&B operations specialist gained in fast-paced and sizable corporation
- Familiar with Hong Kong labour ordinance and regulations
- Strong numerical sense and analysis skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
