About the Client

Our client is well-established corporation within trading and distribution sector headquartered in Europe, with a strong track of success and continuous development plan. They are now looking to strengthen their HR Team and bring on a passionate talent to join them as Assistant Human Resources Manager (1 year renewable contract).


About the role

  • Provide support for diverse human resources operations, encompassing talent acquisition, salary benchmarking, staff transfers, onboarding/offboarding, visa processing, HRIS administration, and management of fringe benefits
  • Manage the process of salary reviews and promotions, while supporting global and regional HR initiatives
  • Validate the accuracy of data in the HRIS system and consolidate relevant information from various sources for purposes of reporting and analysis
  • Serve as a business partner by offering strategic HR guidance and solutions to internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to various global projects as required, providing expertise and support to achieve desired outcomes

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Human Resources or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5-6 years related working experience gained in sizeable organizations
  • Well-versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and other related legislations
  • Well-organized, detail-minded and with good communication skills
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
