About the Role
- Collaborate with senior leadership team to understand the organization's goals and strategy
- Plan, lead, develop, coordinate and implement policies, processes and initiatives, to support the organization's human resources needs
- Initiate and drive change and or transformation in accordance to key business objectives
- Oversee the administration of human capital programs including but not limited to talent acquisition, total rewards, learning & development, talent management and HR automation
- Conduct research and analysis of organizational trend and metrics
- Monitors and ensures the organization's compliance with local and overseas employment ordinances
- Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes and new technologies in human resources
- Ensure operational efficiency and accuracy while providing timely evaluations
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's holder with major in Human Resources Management and or relevant discipline
- Minimum 18 years of experience in the field of Human Resources within a fast moving and dynamic environment with 10 years of managerial experience
- Prior exposure within the Trading & Distribution, Manufacturing, FMCG and Retail is highly preferred
- Outstanding HR business partnering and influencing skills
- Numerically sensitive with strong business acumen
- Strong user to HR tech tools and software is preferred
- Proficient in English and Chinese including Mandarin
- Occasional travel is required
